Privacy notice (KVKK) and cookies
1. Data controller

2. What we process and why
- Ordering on WhatsApp: When you send your basket on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, order, pick-up time and note. We use them only to prepare your order and contact you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: performance of a contract).
- Ordering by phone: Your phone number and order are processed for the same purpose.
- Visiting the website: The site has no forms and no accounts. Your basket stays only in your own browser and is gone when you close the page. Our hosting provider's server (Veridyen, Türkiye) keeps standard logs such as IP address, date/time and page requested, for security and operation (KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).
3. Sharing
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): Your message travels through WhatsApp's servers, which may be outside Türkiye. You can call us instead.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): The fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Google Maps (Google LLC): The map loads only when you tap "Show map". Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Order messages are kept as long as needed for the order and any complaint; legal retention duties still apply.
5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask whether we process your data, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Write to the address above or contact +90 542 187 97 07. We reply free of charge within 30 days.
6. Cookies
- Our site itself sets no cookies. We use no advertising or analytics tools.
- Google Maps loads only if you tap "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
